  • Setting agreements, introducing transformational learning, and creating a powerful learning environment.
  • Understanding how the past unconsciously shapes our predictable future and how to consciously invent a new future.
  • Distinguishing authentic responsibility and integrity as keys to breakthrough performance and trust.

Day 2:
  • Experiential exercises that reveal blind spots and enable breakthroughs in being and performance.
  • Shifting from victim mentality to personal leadership and empowerment.
  • Building deep trust and leading with openness, vulnerability, and courage.

Day 3:
  • How words create worlds — using declarations, promises, and authentic conversations to lead and create.
  • Identifying one’s purpose and aligning leadership to a higher vision and service.
