Ontological & Phenomenological Foundations
Focuses on who the participant is being—their identity, worldview, and self-concept. Participants examine the structure of their experience—how they interpret reality and create meaning in a way that they shift from automatic, default patterns to conscious choice and presence.
Disruption of Automatic Patterns
Participants confront their limiting beliefs, mental models, and past-based narratives. The training uses provocative questioning, reflection exercises, and guided processes to uncover blind spots. A controlled experience of discomfort or cognitive dissonance is often part of the transformation process.
Commitment-Centered Practice
